The River of Life Christian Center will begin 21 Days of fasting starting Tuesday, January 8th to Tuesday, January 28th.
Following are directives for WEEK 1 (January 8th – January 14th):
From SUNRISE to SUNSET liquids only with no dairy or sugars. AFTER sunset, you can eat, but no meats, sweets, dairy, or breads. You are advised to follow the directions of your doctor prior to participating in the fast.
